I wanted to drop a quick note to thank everyone who donated to our gala campaign and to everyone who attended this year's celebration!
What a truly special event! I'm so glad you all got to meet Majoba and Christian and got to hear their stories.
Anyone who was in the room can attest that it was a pretty profound experience to watch almost every single member of the audience drop cash into a hat at the end of Majoba's speech. Thanks for being a part of that moment and thank you for lighting up the dance floor and having fun! That's one of the best parts of spending time with everyone involved with the MWC: we have fun! And I think that spirit contributes to the hospitality I hope our guests feel when they spend a night with us.
Thank you again for spending your Friday evening with us and being so generous with your time, energy and finances! After expenses, we were able to raise $10,000 with your generosity. Thank you for helping us keep the doors open season after season! It means so much.Â
